Inclusion, wellness, and connection—because women thrive here.

In my former life, I poured my energy into startup businesses, chasing success with the vigor of youth but often at the expense of balance and well-being. Over time, I realized the toll this took on my mental health and discovered a truth that reshaped my journey: when women are supported—whether in postpartum, perimenopause, or any major life transition—they can show up authentically and fully in their lives, creating ripples of positive impact.

Experiencing my own postpartum period after the birth of my daughter deepened my understanding of how vital compassionate care is during these transformative times. Supporting women through the intricacies of postpartum and perimenopause is now at the core of my work, as I strive to create space for them to thrive, honor their needs, and reclaim joy.

I believe that when we are supported, we are not only healthier and happier but also more productive in every facet of life—including our work. Mental health and well-being are deeply interconnected with how we show up in the world, and creating environments where women feel valued and understood is essential. Together, we can create a ripple effect, nurturing ourselves and building thriving, supportive communities.

I value relationships and connection in this life and have had the privilege of working with women for almost 20 years on their personal journeys. As a board-certified women’s health acupuncturist and herbalist, I have been witness to the beauty and challenges that present themselves at the various stages of being a woman. Within our walls, women have the space to share their frustrations and dreams, their expectations and perceived shortcomings, and the ways in which their body or their community have left them feeling empowered or unsupported.

I hold all of these stories and with them this amazing circle of women. Within them, I see my own struggles and triumphs- my journey with infertility, becoming a mother at 40 (yep, I am one of those “geriatric” ones;), grieving the birth and breastfeeding relationship I thought I would have, mothering during a pandemic, struggling to figure out who I am now outside of (and within) all of that while realizing that what I have been calling “postpartum” symptoms are quite clearly the reality of my trip through perimenopause.

I believe that by addressing the unique needs of women at every stage, we can create an ecosystem of understanding, empowerment, and connection that benefits individuals and communities alike.

“The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we’re weak and sing with us when we are strong.”
